Scenic City Learning is a locally owned tutoring and academic coaching service helping Chattanooga-area students build stronger skills and greater confidence in school. Serving students in grades K–8, Scenic City Learning offers personalized support in reading, math, writing, homework, study skills, and test preparation, along with enrichment for students who are ready for more of a challenge. Led by Amanda “Mandi” Thurmond, M.Ed., a licensed teacher with 18 years of classroom experience, each student receives individualized attention based on their unique learning needs.
