Since establishing Kelley Hoagland Photography in 2018, Kelley has welcomed Chattanooga families into a photography experience that feels calm, organized, and genuinely fun. Based on Lookout Mountain and serving the greater Chattanooga area, she creates bright, joyful, genuine portraits that feel like your family on its best ordinary day.

Before becoming a full-service photographer, Kelley worked as a pediatric occupational therapist. Years spent helping children feel safe, seen, and confident now shape the way she photographs kids of every age. She reads their cues, moves at their pace, and knows how to invite real smiles without pressure or bribery marathons in the car on the way over.

From your first email, Kelley guides you through each step. She helps you choose outfits that flatter and feel like you, plans a location that fits your family, and walks you through what to expect so you are never guessing. After your session, she sits with you to design albums and artwork that fit your home and your season of life, so your favorite images live on your walls instead of disappearing in a camera roll.
