Garden gnomes are adorable and have lots of personality! Create memories while making your own set of garden gnomes using the pinch technique.
Participants will use hand-building techniques to create a variety of gnomes. After building, personalize your gnomes with underglaze to give it character.
Participants will receive a short studio tour & get to pick the perfect glaze for their creations. All participants’ work will be checked/looked over by the instructor to ensure it will survive the firing.
Students will be able to pick the glaze color of their choice for their pieces. SCCA staff will fire and glaze all pieces following the class. Participants will be called and emailed when their pieces are complete and ready for pickup. This takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks.
Led by SCCA youth instructor, Nicole Johnson.
Family Clay Workshops are designed for families to come and play in clay together. Ages 3 and up are welcome. The price of this workshop reflects the cost per family unit.
