Chattanooga has four Disc Golf Courses that will satisfy people who are new to the sport as well as seasoned pros.
The Sinks
18-Hole Disc Golf Course.
Is a heavily wooded challenging but a fun disc golf course.
We’ve lost a few discs here over the years but overall it’s probably our favorite course in Chattanooga.
Give it a try, but if your disc throwing isn’t pretty dialed in, you may want to keep your favorite discs in the bag.
Portland Park is at the base of Signal Mountain. There are some trees but for the most part, this is a wide-open course that is fun for both novice and more advanced players.
Camp Jordan Disc Golf Course
Camp Jordan Disc Golf Course features 18-holes.
One of the biggest disc golf courses in the area, the long, wooded course runs the entire length of the park. To add to the course’s beauty and difficulty, the 18 holes feature both wide fields and heavily forested portions.
Carver Disc Golf Course features 9 holes.
Carver is essentially a big field with a few routes for strolling and a pond. The field is divided into many sections; some are open and level, while others include moderate hills, a wood line, and multiple trees. Concrete tees and the distinctive grey baskets used in Chattanooga have been installed on this field.
Given that each hole has two tees so you may adjust the distance to your ability level, it’s a decent layout.
